Turchin Library now provides access to 1 dedicated DataStream fixed terminal. This terminal is located next to the Bloomberg terminals.
Datatream is a web-based global research solution for economists and strategists that enables sophisticated analysis across a broad range of financial instruments.
Authorized users include current A.B. Freeman Faculty, Staff (except development), and students only.
The Datastream terminal may be reserved from 30 minutes for up to 2 hours for an individual user. Each day a schedule will be posted of current reservations near the terminal made before 5 pm the previous day.
To reserve, go to this page on the Turchin Library web site http://www.freeman.tulane.edu/lib-tech/turchin/bloomberg.php and click on the graphic ‘Book Time on the Bloomberg Terminal’. Click on Datastream link. Choose time (you would click on each 30 minute link up to 2 hours).
If you reserve time, please show up at the scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the staff will allow another user to use the terminal.
