Online Catalog Updated

Tuesday, July 28th, 2009

The Tulane Libraries have a new online catalog interface that takes advantage of some of the Web 2.0 technonlogy. It makes use of tabs and pull-down fields, and is a little cleaner than the previous catalog.

It is still possible to see one’s library record or renew books by entering the library bar code on the back of  your Tulane ID, along with your surname.  Bar codes can be issued in any of the Tulane libraries, other than the Law Library, which has a seperate system.

New features include:

If you use our LibX toolbar add-on, please run a FIND UPDATE in your browser add-ons to get Version 12 which works with the new catalog.
